P-Laser’s QF 200 – 300 W AC is a compact and well-engineered laser cleaning system designed for precision-focused applications.
The laser is operated via an industrial-grade control unit, ensuring stable performance and straightforward operation. Thanks to its air-cooled design, no water cooling is required, simplifying the overall system layout and reducing maintenance needs.
The system is equipped with a 300 W pulsed laser source, optimized for controlled and delicate cleaning processes.
The optical components are efficiently cooled by air to maintain stable operation and consistent beam quality. The machine design ensures reliable laser delivery while protecting the optics from contamination, enabling accurate and repeatable results in demanding industrial environments.
MACHINE OPTIC
The PX-2D MPM machine optic is designed for integration into automated production and assembly lines and is suitable for robotic installation. Its robust industrial construction ensures reliable operation in continuous-duty environments.
The machine optic has a total weight of 4.5 kg and is equipped with a 6 m fibre with a fibre weight of 2 kg. It supports multiple focal lengths using both standard and F-Theta lenses, allowing flexible adaptation to different working distances and applications.
The PX-2D MPM provides stable beam guidance and consistent optical performance, making it suitable for precise and repeatable automated laser cleaning processes
